Tyto vlastnosti vedou k lepší spotřebě paliva, zkrácení brzdné dráhy a delší životnosti pneumatiky. Nevýhodou je její vyšší cena ve srovnání s konkurencí.
Ve stejných testech, jaké byly zmíněny výše, se pneumatika Michelin Primacy 4 trvale umisťovala na předních příčkách, přičemž v testech společností Promobil, Firmenauto a ADAC se umístila na prvních místech. Pneumatika si vedla dobře při brzdění na suchu, jízdě na mokru a valivém odporu, což jsou faktory, které přispívají k jejímu celkově vysokému hodnocení. V testech Autozeitung a GTÜ se umístila na 2., resp. 5. místě.

Pneumatika Michelin Primacy 4 však ve většině testů překonává pneumatiku Maxxis Premitra HP5 a navzdory vyšší ceně nabízí delší životnost běhounu a lepší spotřebu paliva.
